Katherine Lerner, MSW received a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. She is also trained in Elder Care Management.
Katherine has over 25 years experience as a Medical Social Worker, assisting clients on discharge planning, obtaining in-home support services, and case management. |

She has an extensive knowledge of community resources, and has provided social work services to individuals and families coping with acute and chronic illnesses, post-stroke, Alzheimer’s Disease, and other life changing situations.
Katherine is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Society for Social Work Leadership in Health Care, and the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce.
