Katherine Lerner,
MSW, CMC
is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, and has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley. She also has special training Geriatric Care Management and is a Certified Bereavement Counselor.
Katherine has over 25 years experience as a Medical Social Worker, having worked in Oncology, Rehabilitation, Geriatric Psych, and Medical- Surgical areas. |

| She has an extensive knowledge of community resources, and has provided social work services to individuals and families coping with acute and chronic illnesses, post-stroke, Alzheimer’s Disease, and other life changing situations.
Katherine is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the National Association of Social Workers, and the Society for Social Work Leadership in Health Care.
